The only reason for 4 stars is that the selection in store for kids furniture was not much to choose from. However Luis did show us other options on the store computer. Nevertheless we found what we wanted and are happy with the selection.
I will be back in a month or so to furnish my room next.

Besides offering affordable furniture, they excel in customer service - normally those two dont go together. Had an issue with our bed that we bought 20 months ago. They found the part and sent a crew to install it absolutely free. That is top notch customer service.

I came across DFW furniture warehouse on East 14th street in San LEANDRO by chance it just happened that we are one week from moving into a new home and decided we were going to furnISH OUR new home with all new furniture I have literally been here 2 days in a row and Arturo has been the man to help me every single step of the way he even stayed after hours last night to help me decide he has gone above and beyond what any salesperson I can EVER remember ever doing for me and my family and I highly recommend dfw furniture warehouse they have locations in San Leandro and also concord.Their website is 510furniture.com and please ask for a total he is an absolutely amazing person salesman and it's not about bottom line with him were commission he truly wants you to be happy and I could not be more pleased he will have my business for the rest of our lives.

After my friend had a pleasant experience purchasing furniture here about 1+ years ago, I decided to check DFW out as I needed new furniture for my house. Arturo, the salesperson, was still working here and, as always, he was professional and friendly, providing a stellar level of customer service. I was looking for a new couch, dining room table, and bed set with mattress, and end table. Although DFW did not have the color I wanted for the couch, I was able to purchase the dining set, bed set with end table and mattress for a very excellent deal. I checked out another place and the cost would have been 4X as much! I am so glad I went to DFW. The furniture is good and affordable, and Arturo is very helpful and courteous. DFW close at 7:30pm yet Arturo stayed later to assist me with the purchase. I am very pleased with the furniture selection and can't wait to get them. This is definitely a place to check out.

This place is wonderful. It was my second (and final) place looking for a sectional and I was extremely pleased with the selections they had to off. The salesman (Arturo, I believe) was very polite and helpful with suggestions and gave me honest answers when I had questions about availability and delivery. so we decide to upgrade our kids bedrooms, all 3 of them lol. I was looking for the 3 b's bueno, bonito y barrato, which translates to good quality, pretty and affordable. I shopped around a bit and found this place when i felt like we also need a couch and i was looking for a specific sectional. the store front makes it seem like a small place but its not, its got a good selection and the guys that work there seem to know their inventory very well,I described what i wanted and Arturo was really good about showing me what they had in stock or what they could get, they had catalogs and this huge ipad looking thing. I found what i was looking for and have to say i'm happy with my purchase.

What a surprise. Don't let the storefront look scare you away. There's a great selection of furniture in this no frills store in various styles and price points. Friendly folks helped me find the perfect couch. Since I took a floor model that was on sale, they delivered it the next day (a Sunday!) Nice people, good quality, fair prices, good selection, great service.

I have been looking for a a sectional with a chaise for a year now. Right color and size and of course price . Let me just say we LOVE our new sofa/sectional! We ordered a customized sectional with oversized chaise and an oversized ottoman- basically a bed for our living room that can fit the whole family, haha! Very reasonably priced. Love that the pillow/cushion covers can be removed and washed and if any go flat we can get them re-stuffed for cheap or replaced easily! What a way to save money instead of having to buy a brand new couch later on! Picked out the colors and pillow style we wanted, filled out a form, and we were outta' there! Our sofa was delivered to our door in about 6 weeks! Would definitely go to them again! Great experience from beginning to end!

Our friend bought the Brentwell Collection Narjarian bedroom set (headboard, bed frame, drawer chest, & night stand), as well as a 4-person dining room set on 3/28/18 with delivery & set up on 4/1/18. Just got our bed frame shipped today by Mohammed and his parter (didn't catch his name). Both were very pleasant and professional. Delivery was shipped right on time and actually came in earlier than expected! They did a great job setting up, and did not take much time at all.

Moises assisted my husband and I in making the initial purchase in the store . Moises was very attentive to our needs and budget and found us a bed frame that fit our specifications . Just received my Shay Queen Poster Bed w/ Dresser, Mirror and night stand...along with a mattress set...LOVE IT! Arturo was my sales rep and was awesome! Mohamed (sp?) and Devin (sp?) delivered and set up today. They were awesome as well! Very professional and courteous! I'm redoing my house one room at a time and I definitely plan on returning to purchase a living room set and dining room set!

We recently purchased a living room set from DFW and are happy with the results. We originally saw an ad for a living room set for a really good deal on Black Friday and decided to take a look. Unfortunately, the exact model was not in the store and would be shipping from their warehouse in LA if we were to purchase it, but the sales rep was able to show us a very similar one, so that we could get a feel for it. After contemplating our options, we decided to go with it since the similar couch was pretty comfortable. We were also able to select the matching table set that we wanted. There was one hiccup with the credit card machine where it didn't go through, so I had to do it twice. The set was to arrive in 1-1.5 weeks. Overall, the in-store experience was OK. The sales people were friendly. They did offer us donuts, which was perfect because we were starving and did not have breakfast.

Anyhow, it turns out that my credit card was charged twice. I called them back and spoke to the Accounting Department, who was able to verify the charge and offer me a credit. The experience went well. The delivery piece was a bit of a hassle. They agreed to try and deliver by the 1st weekend, but there was no guarantee. The delivery guy actually called on Sunday and asked if we were free that day during a certain time frame. Unfortunately, we were unable to be home at that time, so he said he will see if he can deliver that evening. When my husband called him that evening, he confirmed that he was already heading in the opposite direction and wouldn't be able to deliver that night. After calling back and forth with them for a week to figure out a day that they would actually arrive, they came on Friday (2 weeks from the purchase date). The delivery person said there was a delay because they had gotten the order a little mixed up and had to gather all the parts.

Two men delivered the furniture. They put the sofa and love seat together and then put together the three glass tables. The tables were surprisingly difficult to put together. They spent about 45 minutes putting all the things together, but everything looked beautiful when they were done. The sofa even came with matching pillows (which we weren't expecting). They did leave a few cardboard pieces behind, but that was no big deal. I knew they were in a rush and had already spent a lot of time putting together the furniture.

The overall experience was OK. There was a bit of frustration with the delivery experience, but everyone I spoke to was friendly. I am happy with the end product and have gotten lots of compliments from family and friends. If they could better organize the delivery process, then I think they can definitely earn more stars.

Randomly came in to look for some new couches and was impressed with their selection. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful and we ended up purchasing two couches for a great deal! They were also able to order and deliver them quickly, and the delivery gentlemen were fast and sent them up within no more than 15 minutes.

My experience was absolutely stress free and actually pleasant.
I didn't find a living room set on the sales floor that I loved but I did after looking through the catalogs from various vendors that they carry.
I ended up purchasing top-of-the-line power motion leather sofa and reclining chairs made by Ashley Furniture for less (a whole lot less!!) than what Ashley had quoted me for the exact same set.
Throughout the manufacturing process and shipment to his store, Sean, the owner, kept me updated. He didn't have to do that but he did. I could tell he values customer relationships and takes pride in his store.

Just purchased a dinner set, Robert is the salesperson, he's very courteous and helpful. The furniture itself was delivered on time and assembled properly, it has a little imperfection on the table base that they said will be replaced by a new one.

This company is legit. They have all types of assortment of furniture from the low to the high end all at discount prices. You can get Flexsteel furniture at really reasonable rates I'm really thinking about a sofa set from there that they had for a killer deal. Will definitely be back

Ordered a custom sectional couch and it came out perfect!! It looks even better than I expected and is incredibly comfortable. Sean assisted me in the design and dimensions. He is a busy man but a man of his word! He was very nice to work with and made excellent suggestions!

After 6mos of looking for the sectional I wanted a different place custom build it for me only to find out it wouldn't fit in my building so my searching started all over because I wanted what I wanted so I used google to find another store and came across DFW I walked in and meet Sean I explained to him my dilemma and what was looking for he told me I GOT YOU NO PROBLEM I sat in the store for hours going back and fourth about details and in 25day I go my BEAUTIFUL sectional in just super satisfied with DFW the delivery guys were fantastic as well much to my surprise this couch wouldn't fit either but we came with an idea to lift it up over the balcony mind you I live on the third floor those guys got on top of the truck and pulled the couch into my apartment I was so impressed that they would go the extra mile to please a customer......DFW you guys ROCK!!!

My husband and I had been shopping for a sectional couch for a long time. DFW was the last stop of our day and we had just about given up finding something we liked and reasonably priced. We walked into the store on a whim and liked the second couch we sat on which was a miracle because the other furniture stores we had visited were easily three times bigger than this one.

Two of the guys offered to help us while we were there with Sean completing our order. The sectional and matching ottoman we bought are custom made and we also got throw pillows with coordinating fabric. They told us it could take up to 30 days but they were ready and delivered in about two weeks. The quality of the couch is exceptional for the price. The foam in the cushions is nice and firm and the craftsmanship is well done. There was also a variety of swatches and materials to choose from.

The only reason why I gave them four starts instead of five is because as Sean was helping us, he kept leaving us to help other customers even though there were other sales people in the store to assist them. Typically, I would actually walk out if this happened as we had to wait for him to come back to us and even had to flag him down to complete the sale. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I liked the couch that much that I didn't walk out and now it has been thoroughly tested with tweens hanging out and naps taken. The cat has also found his napping spot.

We recently purchased our whole house full of furniture from this company. They're very professional and they work with you on pricing. They do package your pricing and the offer 5% on Credit Card discount for paying cash. Would definitely recommend them

we went there recently and bought a bedroom set and two sectionals (one for me and one for my mother) and we got an excellent deal... we were able to pick up the sectionals the next day and picked up the bedroom set a few days later without any issues... excellent customer service and these guys really work with you.. definitely would recommend them to all of our friends and family

Came into this furniture store with my parents and met with a sales consultant named Sean he gave us a very warm welcoming and did not pressure us into a purchase he took his time to listen to our wants and needs and pulled out a magazine for us to look through with a bunch of items in which we were interested in. We finally narrowed it down the the perfect living room set 3 piece couches with 2 tables he made our experience so enjoyable and trusting he is very knowledgeable in his products I never ordered a big purchase from a magazine in my life it was so nerve racking I'm use to looking touching and knowing what I'm going to get but he managed to make us feel comfortable with the decision finally our furniture arrived to our home and might I say... this was the BEST part ever the couches the tables they are perfect! I'm so happy I couldn't stop thanking him everything was perfection he will definitely have a life time client and I am referring everyone I know looking for furniture his way I know he won't let them down thank you so much Sean you're the BEST!!

These guys are great they delivered us a bunk bed for kids and the master bedroom set and sofa set we basically furnished the whole house heck we even got our dining table. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices

This place has really reasonable prices beautiful furniture. They specialize in custom sofas and sectionals you can pick whatever color or fabric you like and they make it for you custom in about a month. I really recommend them if you're looking for good honest people doing good business here locally. They have another store on Washington Avenue also
